The project researches and develops a design for the re-appropriation of the Ekofisk complex expensive oil in the North Sea at the end of its life; requalification as a relatively autonomous basis dedicated to the protection of biodiversity through the use of simple technologies. Using the potential of current scientific research coupled with a "low-tech" ideology, the project envisages strategies for housing, food and energy that will be part of a sustainable ecosystem inherent in a context of open sea
