Living on the margins of society means not having access to services, information or basic urban infrastructure. Millions of people in Brazil do not have access to basic sanitation and electricity. This is the reality of the "caiçaras" communities, the people who live on the Parana coast "CONEXÂO" is a Portuguese word that means connection. Connecting the inhabitants from this region to the world will make them live with more dignity and have more perspective for the future. The goal os this project is to change their lives through the blue energy , change their lives through the sea.
