With rising concerns about refugees as a result of not just war but also pandemics, climate change, human rights violation, urbanization there is a huge need for places to house refugees. Re-Gen aims to use water the most abundant resource on earth as the medium to build on and relocate refugees. It’s the product of exploration to find a solution to make a floating city that can serve in times of emergency and regenerate itself.
