What if the scenarios of landless submergence would happen to the Maldives? Ultimately, we must rethink not to overexploit nature, rather to collaborate with it. Thus, Maldivians have preplanned for the worst-case scenarios long before the endgame. The prototypical design of each new Linkage Colony is designed to reach out toward another identical module; hence the possibilities of multiple colonies could be simultaneously built across lagoons or even further out among other atolls. Construction components are collected, recycled, and reused from found materials once belonged to the islands.
