The Thalassophilantropy project, App-Wet Grading Slums rethink the organization of disadvantaged neighborhoods of coastal cities, to offer solutions to the problem of rising sea levels. The overall idea of the project is based on a principle of construction and services on floating systems. These involved both to revitalize the neighborhood and they remain functional regardless of the water level. In addition, residents of these areas can now live safely in the energy, food, drinking water supply and habitat, while providing a solution to chronic flooding and rise of water in the long term.
