RSU is a modular, high density, grid based city that is designed to provide accommodation for 2500 housing units while maintaining short distances for daily commute. Its modular infrastructure is designed in a way that contains transportation system such as magnetic bike strips and subway tunnels as well as necessary utilities for each house such as water and gas pipes. This preinstalled method allows each block (containing 4 houses, 20 magnetic bike lanes, and 2 subway routes) to be fabricated on earth and ready to be fastened in space.
