A module of autonomous navigation is created: Prao new generation. It can welcome about fifteen people. This vessel's objectif is to collect(harvest) the oceans plastics. It allows the emergence of small or big communities: one or several modules can moor. The plastic is collected then forwarded on oil rigs. These were reinstated in maritime cities, on which is made the processing of plastics.

Prao reconciles collective life and navigation.The secondary module concentrates the agricultural production. A venturi effect in the central fault of Prao feeds powerful wind turbines, whereas the flow of the water in hulls activates two marine turbines. The mat supporting the sail there to kevlar revolves along an axis situated on one of the beams binding both arms of Prao.
