Sea level rise is no longer science fiction. The project aims to adapt Great Deltas like the Missisippi to this phenomenon, using a 100-year strategy in every concerned areas, from upstream to downstream to the sea.

First by strengthening natural barriers, then by regenerating sediments and finally promoting clean energy instead of oil in the Gulf of Mexico.
