By studying the socio-cultural values of the region and the principles of traditional Iranian architecture, a new adaptation and redefining of definition of home and neighborhood community on a floating sea bed has been done. Then, gene patterns that were updated with the current living conditions of the residents and looking to the future were extracted. Each gene pattern has an independent function and also by their random proximity, with the help of magnetic force, various neighboring communities (types) are formed. Adjacent types form multi-functional social plazas to support eventscapes.
