Haliades are originally divine creatures of the sea. The project's haliades are vertical structures that consist of three parts: an autonomous city which also transforms CO₂ into liquid and two aquatic farms with aquatic drones that allow penetrating into developing zones without harming the environment. The project aims at regenerating the fauna and the flora in areas where oil extraction has impoverished the land.
