The new buildings are based on forms that can take a drop after impact. The various stages of the waterfall match specific buildings and infrastructure springing higher or lower in the landscape (houses, freshwater supplies, greenhouses, wind ...).

The whole territory is modeled by the wave crosses that come shine. These “waves” are used as dikes to protect certain areas where high tides, or breakwater from limiting the impact of waves on built structures. An important place is given to agriculture to support the island and autonomous nature of the site. More production of sweet and sustainable energy is recovered to replace oil as the main cause of the current global warming.
