Insula Museum of Memory and Ecosystem Preservation

  • Year2023

INSULA - island in Latin - is set in a dystopian context, futuristic but close to reality. It could be also a lifeline in a catastrophic scenario of 2100. This museum contains a rare wealth intended for a public in search of nature recreating ecosystems under greenhouses in the face of the ravages of accelerated climate change and humans. They artificially shelter polar, tropical, arid and temperate climate favoring the development of microcosms in hermetically protected areas. On stilts, self-sufficient and autarkic, this platform is powered by hydraulic energy.
