Insular Nomad is a sustainable habitat created to diminish the human impact on the environment. The organism dwells in the ocean's pelagic zone, area that favors a nomad displacement, as well as providing the resources required for its survival considering the ecosystem's regeneration cycles. The project consists of 2 major components (island and nomad units) that enable the structure to behave as a collective or individual being. In the functional domain, it is composed of 3 systems (housing, energy-food production and human development) that guarantee the evolvement of life in the habitat.
