Moses is a decentralized and autonomous floating city with a capacity of 25,000 people that offers a transition Ground / Sea. It can work independently or as a system sharing information, energy and consumer goods.

In terms of energy production, Moses takes advantage of its coastal location and uses the strong currents and wind as renewable energy to produce electricity. These autonomous structures are connected to a ring that allows them a complete circular rotation, and makes possible the movement of trains from all directions.
