The project increases the capacity of the district to adapt, survive and grow by means of climate dramatization. Water should not be seen as an enemy of the city but as the element necessary to its survival. Resilience occurs by giving back to the sea what was taken by the city without destroying what was built there. During storms, street channels guide water and permit the phenomena to be seen. The energy produced is transformed in an educational building. A structure such as a bridge can be used as an abutment also serving as a support for the added energy transformer.
