Resi[lience]Stance is a solution to a global problem for the protection of cities against severe storms, climate change and rising sea levels. These events can be anticipated, the project proposes the use of decommissioned military ships to track storms. These vessels deploy temporary protection along vulnerable coastlines in the form of a dynamic network of turbines and breakwaters at the same time generating energy.
