The structure is designed in a manner that from top it looks like gigantic island with smaller island attached through floating bridges but underneath is a twisted marine-scrape. The seventy floors twisted marine-scraper serves as residential, commercial, social and fun activities like theatre, gym, club house and any more and together as mixed and shared use of areas as per needs.
