With constant sea level rising, people cannot escape from water but people can live with water. The intervention of coral can create an adaptive urban system to make people coexist with sea creatures. The form of coral has a continuous, irregular interior space and intentions to grow in multi-directions. The hales and channels allow any lives to stay or pass through. Spatial organization and interaction between coral and other organisms are applied to the new reef city.
