This device will be located in strategic places of the sea, relatively close to the coast, but far enough away from it to avoid the waves. The world will somehow taken by the trees of life. But cities that develop around these trees follow a specific course in the world, allowing the exchange between cities and human beings from different parts of the world.

To function properly, these cities will be designed taking into account energy, food sustainability and the drinking water.

The “trunk” (aquatic part of the structure) not only achieved a structural function, but also through a series of perforations designed to make lighter structure providing the perfect opportunity to accommodate different uses:

  • The bottom of the structure, serves as artificial habitat for the development of different species of animals. It became a refuge for a variety of aquatic animals and aquatic flora heart which could also develop. In this sense, the project becomes not only a generator of life on earth, but also water
  • The central part is dedicated to the treatment and cleaning of the sea (through plants that will absorb pollutants chemical aspects of sea and use them as nutrients), the energy storage and a laboratory dedicated to research of aquatic life.
  • The upper part of the trunk is equipped with propellers that will move through the ocean currents and which will thus produce the energy stored in the central part and be used in each platform housing.

In part that is found in the surface of the sea, we have various functions that allow the development of the sustainable cities. Thus, we have:

  • Other means of energy production (photovoltaic panels in buildings).
  • Food production through aquaponics.
  • The collection of rainwater for drinking water for humans.
  • Treatment of waste water.
  • Systems of movement of each city in the sea, according to specific routes and back (after turn) in the “mother” structure for its energy supply.

All these activities will be distributed in the platform. On one side, the buildings and the other a more clear and open for the development of productive activities, and leisure space will be found.
