There are more and more plastic in the ocean. This waste is a threat to our planet but it could also become the raw material of a new city whose inhabitants will choose to live differently, on the residue of our societies. We are recycling an old oil platform into a machine that captures this plastic by transforming it into materials for 3D printers. The city is an addition of neighborhood and personalities. It is polycentric and in movement. Human being is relocated at the center of the city, everybody creates his island, the city is an archipelago.
