New Cosmism is a blueprint in how we could operate during this period and beyond. Its name alluding to the biocomist of the 1900s (Immortalism and Interplanetarism), it proposes ideas of collaborative hyperintelligence, evolving ideologies, material limitations and planetary governance in order to survive. Planetary Governance is one that should not be bound by westphalian ideas of sovereignty. Thus, collective efforts towards planetary scale events should not be purely a result of territorial benefits, subservient to different nation states. it's participants are no longer solely humans but includes non-humans. It is thus not to be understood as totalitarian in that power is not centralized to a single entity.

Rather it is the coordination of the collective that forms / reinvents the way we confront objects beyond our lived reality. As the steel structure of the rid degrades over the time, the frames are repurposed for aquaculture. LNG Tanks previously used for transporting natural gas is now a floatation device (containing CO₂) amongst other types of farms. This allows the aquaculture farm to sink underwater whenever high energy waves approaches.
